DESIGN

The House was built by NRI's returning after 20 years in USA. The design is a Center Hall Colonial customized for Indian conditions like addition of a Work Area attached to the Kitchen and Walk in Closet with Fully enclosed wardrobe for dust protection.

FACILITIES

The House has a Bore well that supplies around 8,000 liters of water a day with 10,000 liters of underground Sump Tank and a 3000 Liter Overhead Tank. Irrigation is done with Sprinklers and Misters. 200 Liter Solar Water heater Provides ample Hot Water even in rainy season.
